What the cif's are eating.

I would love this to be a place where everyone can put up stories, pictures, recipes. About favorites, new discoveries, funny food stories, real or fiction. Now I need to learn how to make this so that everyone can create posts? Anyone have any ideas?

Should I have made my first comment "first!"?

  6. I'm gonna be having red beans and rice (again) tonight, along with some homebrew. I would suggest you add something about Mark's Homebrew to the description thingie. Oh, and of course Fan's Wine Cellar.

  8. I need a recipe for a not-too-sweet white buttercream icing. If anyone is familiar with Wegman's, they make an Ultimate White Cake and the frosting is great... I'm trying to find a similar recipe.

  9. Put me in, but I don't have anyone much else to cook for, so my contributions might be limited (not). Put in my email and such as WotV said. Jane, you are great!

I use 21publish. You can have an admin and as many different blogs as you like - but, I think this is a great idea, too!

I think we need a beer spot!

  13. Lets see...Slow roasted garlic and lemon pork, with the fat cap broiled until a crispy, crunchy brown. Fresh made flour tortillas, Arroz con pollo and refried beans with a layer of melted cheese. A chilled salad of romaine and baby spinach with shredded carrot and parmesan cheese and a garlic ranch dressing. A fresh made Pico de Gallo and warm tortilla chips .
